NBA is half right here. Cuban shouldn't be on the court like he does. However, the NBA continues to gloss over the real issue here (the one that Cuban was willing to get fined to drag into the limelight) which is the extremely poor officiating recently in the NBA. All NBA fans should be thanking Cuban for this. Cuban pretty much knew he was going to get fined HUGE and knew that the NBA would deny his request to replay the last bit of the game. But he also knew it was going to take some radical move to make the NBA acknowledge the problem and try to fix it. We can only hope that the NBA is doing something positive behind the scenes to fix the problem even though they continue to refuse to acknowledge it publicly.
