- The Judge said he would therefore need to review the unredacted report himself, to determine whether or not the DOJ used the redaction process properly (in which case Buzzfeed would lose the case), or had redacted the report improperly for political purposes (in which case Buzzfeed would be entitled to see the full report, or at least as much of it as shouldn't have been redacted in the first place.

Warren's public rebuke and explanations froze the gains that Fox News had been making with advertisers. It was a firewall and helped us continue the campaign and ultimately be successful. Without Warren doing what she did back then and in the way that she did it, Fox News with its phalanx of Democratic presidential town halls would have overwhelmed our efforts.
