They want Trump out but they want the candidate they know will also 1) bring an end to the chaos and viciousness and 2) reverse as much of the Trump damage as possible and 3) stack the government with Democrats who want to fix the damage and 4) resume a normal progressive agenda. That person is the person who is one of many people leading the Democratic party, not the person who has been perpetually at war with the Democratic party. Voters want a stable leader to fix the damage and move onward, not an angry ranting raving person surrounded by angry ranting raving hateful people pledging to tear everything down and rebuild it.
