The House Intelligence Committee has just released the draft impeachment report — "The Trump-Ukraine Impeachment Inquiry Report" — to all Members and the public. | As this report details, the impeachment inquiry has found that President Trump, personally and acting through agents within and outside of the U.S. government, solicited the interference of a foreign government, Ukraine, to benefit his reelection

The report has no conclusion or suggestions at the end -- it ends very abruptly, leaving their findings to the House Judiciary Committee to weigh and consider for any articles of impeachment

Nunes is implicated in the report. The report mentions that former Nunes staffer Kash Patel spoke with Giuliani on May 10 for 25 minutes, just after Giuliani spoke to Volker about his upcoming (and ultimately aborted) trip to Ukraine. HPSCI found that April "phone records show contacts between Mr. Giuliani, Mr. Parnas, Representative Devin Nunes, and Mr. Solomon.” On April 10th, within a 15 minute span, Giuliani had 5 different phone calls with Nunes - three times Giuliani called Nunes, twice Nunes called Giuliani. Then on April 12, Lev Parnas spoke to John Solomon (The Hill journalist who helped spread Giuliani's conspiracies), Devin Nunes (for 8 min), and then Solomon again.  This reminds me of something that didn't get much attention. During Gordon Sondland's public testimony, Nunes was caught on camera giving Sondland a message. Never found out what that was about...
