Not very often does the defendant gets to strategize with the jury: McConnell and White House counsel illegally agree to illegally coordinate impeachment trial plans, the coordination is illegal, it's obstruction of justice

In other words, the jury will be taking orders from the defendant. So here is where things appear to be on the most egregious abuse of power in the history of the United States:

• William Barr has agreed to nullify Title 18 of the US criminal code.
• Mitch McConnell has agreed to nullify Article I Section 2 of the US constitution.
