THE PUBLIC DOESN’T SUPPORT IT: They didn't support impeaching Nixon either at first but support grew, also democrats do support it.

IT NEEDS TO BE BIPARTISAN: It is (Amash & a former Trump Transition team member).

IT’LL DIVIDE THE COUNTRY: We're already divided.

IT’LL ENERGIZE TRUMP’S BASE: They're already pumped. "Maybe the Democrats should worry less about Trump’s base and more about their own base - which wants to impeach the president and needs to be energized come 2020."

TRUMP WANTS TO BE IMPEACHED: Ha, his ego's too big for that.

HE CAN’T BE CONVICTED IN THE SENATE: True but we need to uphold the Constitution.

IT’S A DISTRACTION: From what? The Senate isn't passing legislation anyway.

REMEMBER BILL CLINTON: GOP held the house and senate and won the presidency in the next election after Clinton was impeached.

"It’s not as if Nancy Pelosi isn’t aware of how high the stakes are: Pelosi “I pray for the president of the United States. I wish that his family, or his administration, or his staff would have an intervention for the good of the country."

So let’s be clear: Pelosi knows that Trump is unstable, knows he’s unfit for office. But her solution is for Mike Pence and Melania Trump to stage an intervention, rather than for House Democrats to do their fricking job.

History will not judge her or her fellow Democrats kindly if they continue to sit on their hands. Because when it comes to impeachment: If not Trump, who? If not now, when?"
