Vegan Buddha-bowl: spinach, sweet potatoes, bell peppers, whole grain noodles, tomato, carrot, cucumber, kidney beans, rutabaga, hummus, store bought vegan potato salad and vegan schnitzel. Topped with hempseed, sesame seeds and cashews.
