Newly-appointed Trump/Republican "judge" unconstitutionally and illegally denies House of Representatives suit challenging Trump’s border wall, ruling one chamber of Congress cannot sue executive branch over spending in though the constitution EXPLICITALLY allows it (Congress is constitutionally invested with the purse string power).
