- It's incredible that Andrew Bogut is still playing, let alone the fifth starter on the best playoff team in 2019. In Game 3, Bogut went 4/5 from the field, had five assists, and 14 rebounds. This are really good numbers for any backup center in the league, let alone one with so many setbacks through his whole career. 2008- Foot sprain that kept him out of 20 games. 2008-2009- 36 games played in the season dealing with foot and back stress fracture. 2010- Basically obliterated his arm. broke his hand, sprained his wrist, and dislocated his elbow on a dunk. 2012-Fractures his ankle, Bucks trade him to tanking Warriors. 2013/2014- fractured his rib. 2014-2015- bone edema in knee, misses significant time. 2016- hurts knee in the finals. 2016-2017- has two knee injuries and a hamstring injury in three months, gets traded to the cavs, and breaks his leg at 33 years old. He has only played 70 games once in the past 11 years, and has had 6 seasons in his career he has played 36 games or under. Almost anyone would have retired at this point. But he’s 34 and starting for the best team in the league. Very happy seeing him on the court.
