Bernie Russia Honeymoon vs Trump Russia Conspiracy To Collude To Swing Election

Is it really more concerning that a presidential candidate visited a government that no longer exists than it is that the current president is actively working with the present-day Russian government and conspired to collude with that government to rig US elections in favour of said US President and Republicans?
